When you're at Kelso here's a couple of points you must watch the racing from.
If you take a Members badge out for the day climb up the steps onto the grandstand roof,terrific viewing from there.Another great spot to watch a race from is the centre of the course.To get to the centre walk down the track from the stands & you'll come to a security bloke standing at a small gate.Ask him if you can go across,as long as you try to cross before the horses come onto the track he'll probably letyou across.Once in the middle stand about a furlong out & well back from the track.You may not hear a lot but you'll get the best view of horses racing that you'll get anywhere.

I have a pitch there but I cann't see myself standing there that day.Both my kids work for me but they are in full time employment so that has to come first.
As for Jimnast,he's still around but if I'm not mistaken he posts as foxy nowadays.
