I was recommending, as a result of reading the book, that you check out Mr Gonzo's "The Kentucky Derby is Decadent and Depraved". Google will lead you straight there.

Wow ! Can't understand why your opening post was removed R.A.. Seemed a reasonable assessment to me of Dunphy's biography from a gambling perspective. Betfair moderation seems very inconsistent.
