I would be very surprised if such an item exists.

Keohoes is half a mile away and I don't think it has a TV and it is certainly not a racing pub.

I'd cross over the other side of the bridge probably a bit cheaper?, there was a pub on Capal Street (small walk) on a corner with a now defunct celtic bookmakers beside it, me and few mates went in there a good few years back one saturday afternoon and watched the racing, can't remember the pubs name, maybe some of the local Dubs might know, and did anyone ever take over the Celtic bookmakers shop?.

I wouldn't be overly familiar with Dublin city centre, but did go in to watch the Breeders Cup, went to The Boars Head on Capel St. Was packed and everyone in there, was there for the racing.
Peadar Kearneys as Money said would be another option. The owners have ties with a couple of racehorse owners, and like a punt.

Callit thats the pub I was on about "Boars Head" and its only a small walk over the bridge.
