No Mck30w usually isn't,are you going over for the two days racing?if so think the track doing a special price for the two days,they did last year,correct me if im wrong but think the weekend price was 20 euro,great value,if your looking for abit of nightlife your better off heading into Dublin city centre,you can either get the lucas,shuttle bus will drop you there from the track,or a taxi which will cost about 20 euro into town,hope this info was of help to you,
