I'm also cheered by this belated attempt to stop the runaway compo gravy train. Go Kearnsy go !

The judiciary are in conflict with the state over their pay and are now just ruling against the state out of badness.

Justice Kearns made a good judgement but this was quickly followed by a disgraceful judgement from Gerard Hogan,he has now scupper end all deportations and did so not on the basis of the law just on emotionalism.

This is a new phenomenon,Justice Irvine cried whilst she was allocating seven million to some family for a birth defect,also castigated the HSE for having the temerity to defend.She just looked at the emotional side of the argument,gave away someone else's money despite it being no ones fault.

Emotionalism has no place in a courtroom.
