Evening Lads going for two e/w selections tomorrow and a e/w double at Cheltenham,1st selection is Saved by John in the 1:15 race,a bold front runners who has been very unlucky not to win his last two races, also down the bottom of the handicap, currently top price 7/1 cant see it out of the 1st 3,2nd selection is Johns Spirit in the 2:25 race,it will be ridden the total totally different than the 1st selection,as everyone will know will be dropped out the back and creep into the race,In my view the jockey Mclernon is one of the best jockeys around for this type of rides, top price around 6/1,i know colour squadron got very close last time out,but just think Johns Spirit hit the front abit too soon, and was doing nothing in front when he went into the lead, think he had plenty left in the tank,so im doing two e/w singles and a e/w double, best of luck with your selections tomorrow lads,

The one that interests me tomorrow Huddys is Gemix in the last , well fancied for the world hurdle next year , so maybe only a sighter tomorrow , the trip maybe a little on the short side , plus most of the top stables have one entered ....A watching brief .....

Its an intriguing little race WR. Im a big fan of More of That. Though the commentators were waxing lyrical about the ride AP gave it the last day, I personally thought he gave it a poor ride, and very nearly got the best horse beat. He has plenty on his plate on official ratings tomorrow, but has so much scope for improvement.
In a 4 runner field, he could be hostage to pace, but as Gemix usually leads, and obviously stays further, there is no reason for them to dawdle. I think AP will have the better turn of foot over trip and ground.
I would be surprised if MOT cant take Salubrious measure, and equally surprised if Glens Melody is good enough. Though impressive of late, they have been soft races.

My only bet so far was Commissioned e.w at 5-1 in the juvenile hurdle. Ferguson doesn't make too many errors in identifying his recruits, and although he has an inexperience disadvantage tomorrow, I very much doubt Ferguson is sending one to this race if he doesn't know his job very well indeed. The 7lb he gets off his main market rivals could be crucial, and I certainly don't think he is a 5-1 shot, Or obviously an even money shot to place.

WD.  Backed Petit Robin at 10s in the next, and took the 10-3 on More of That.

Excellent ride there. When he learns to jump at speed, he will be quite a force.
