14.35-Too Scoops(1.8)
He looks a penalty kick if none the worse for his fall at Gowran,he had jumped well up to that point and was going as well as subsequent grade 3 winner Art of logistics when departing.Balnaslow has also franked the form with an effortless win at Thurles(but over further).
He has won a listed novice hurdle and 6th in the Galway Hurdle -both over the minimum trip,so drop back shouldn't inconvenience him.

16.15-Toe the line
Even though she is a 4yo ,I think she's got a decent chance here. She looks above average to me,travelled beautifully into her race at Listowel from the usual JK/DOC hold up position and was nursed home with hands and heels from Derrick O'Connor(ILB o/w).
No Cash Flow(second at listowel) has since won an average Mallow bumper by 18 lengths.

Very hard to play unless one of the lads can tell us whats going on at the meeting........maybe Wildman could somehow relay back to us what he has picked up eavesdropping Sydney.......and of course the paddock judge......his thoughts would be invaluable.......
anybody know if any of them are going......wonks had a Kildare badge at one stage.......think he swopped it with somebody for his medical card.......

Shesafoxylady is an old friend of mine but boringly I have to agree with the opening posters two selections.
The Listowel bumper won by Toe The Line has worked out Fentons gambled on Limerick winner was well behind.

Paulie can't post anything of interest because the incessant phone calls haven't finished yet and word has yet to filter through from Bohermore.

No wonder no one expresses their opinions before the race anymore or tries to initiate a constructive racing discussion.

using the phrase penalty kick isnt very constructive with sheep like ozy and rocket roaming the forum, lets hope for their sake that your other shortie wins for them.....

I had a feeling we might be jinxed today when Borneo weighed in in favour of the selections.  One thing for sure, Heisenberg will be back;

Backed Toe The Line their myself, so not pocket talking, but Patrick Mullins again showed his ineptitude on the runner up. Has he ever thought of pushing a horse before resorting to the stick. From motionless to battering in the blink of an eye, outrode by a 7lb claimer, again. Its like watching the American racing. I would very much doubt any jockey of similar ability(or lack of) has ever rode so many winners. One lucky chap.

Callit , layed shes a foxy lady for small money , left shortly after the result was called so a little gutted  , layed 4 today for small money , 3 beat and  the other one foxy gets it in the stewards , it was a day for watching rather than laying , so had a few lays  just to keep the eye in ..NO one at the track , hardly a bet struck ...

Anyone see the head on of this race , looking side on there doesn't appear to have been a real barging match , so a little surprised she was thrown out , any views...

The head on (and more particularly - arse on) was pretty damning, workrider. She had to go..

my intitial thoughts as they crossed the line was that this would be reversed. i ddint even see the head on. the winner defo pushed foxlady outwards.

Derek OConnor rode to instructions as usual but if you watch the start he gifted his two rivals six lengths.

Very painful race for me as I deserted my old friend Shesafoxylady and backed Toe The Line and out of badness hoped the Stewards wouldn't change the result.

Thought toe the line looked well in the paddock Wildmanfromborneo , Foxy got a little warm down the neck and was on her toes a fair bit , in fact she was the worst looker of the lot , a very narrow mare ,not one i'd buy myself ,but you cant deny she has some engine ....
