Apologies, We had an issue with the First Test / Ireland v Australia match where the market was closed early in error, we reopened it as soon as possible and then settled the market at the end of the match. All bets have now been settled correctly.
If you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us again, or check the frequently asked questions on our Help and Learning site http://en.learning.betfair.com/app/home. Shocking treatment of clients. Never seen a market settled and then reopened expecting clients to sitting waiting for market to be re-established like a miracle. |

Dont really understand what the issue could av been! Clock was on the screen with each quarter given
Musta been some simpleton in charge of the market |

Last time I saw this happen was in the Rugby World cup when some idiot settling markets would settle the -48.8 hcap for example, when the fave established a 49 point lead, not considering the fact that the underdog had the possibility of coming back.

Heard reports mid week about the serious attitude the Aussies were ( not) applying to their preparations for the weekend . Come to think of it now that might have been the signal to lump on Ireland . But forgot about the series completely , too many other ( racing ) distractions today . Think this will be the last one , Aussies aren't interested , even if they thought they might win a series .
|
|
By:
Once the GAA said they would not play anymore because the Aussies were too tough for their own tough guys hence the Aussies basically allowing to change it to gaelic football it lost all appeal esp to the Austrlians themselves. I remember the tussle Geragthy was involved in i was at that or Ciarán McDonald standing up to them it was hard stuff but to most fans the majority of tackles were very fair. Change it back to where it was a few years ago and tell the GAA lads to man up and the interest will increase again !!!!

I will add though it was probably the best game of football seen at Croke Park this year.
|
|
By:
Change it back to the old format or scrap it.

Rocketfingers..........How are ticket sales going for your sports showcase game of the year. €10 a head is reasonable enough.
