Some brilliant match ups here,my personal favourite Charles Byrnes and Kieren Fallon and whether they have the liathroidi to ....another great match up is Michael Winters and A P McCoy. Neither will understand each other.
The usual solo run for Willie Mullins in the first,Noel Meade unrepresented as usual.
The bumper has a Noel Meade runner but naturally no opposition from the Willie Mullins stable.
Didntitellya won a Bartlemy point to point and cost nearly a hundred grand but he has serious opposition in the Mags Mullins trained Cut Loose,this Westerner gelding was third when favourite in a decent Roscommon bumper looks the winner to me and if the Meade mob jump ship will start short.

The first race is a prime example of why you should never be scared off by one horse.
Devils Bride was singularly unimpressive there and had there been anything in it he would have been beat,4/11 was a shocking price for a horse on his hurdle debut,easy fix ones at that but they knew they had all worthwhile opposition scared off.

John Joe Walsh is a trainer I always look out for @ Limerick and he saddles Compton Court in the 2.45.
He ran well last time at rosscommon last time after a break and should run well with Jason Maguire booked to ride.

Willie Mullins must be fuming with the run of Didntitellya trailing in 8th beaten 15 lengths after he purposely had no runner to allow Noel Meade a clear run.
Or maybe Mullins has only had one bumper runner in the last fortnight and no runner again today because he stated last week that he wasn't working his on the grass while the ground was this quick.

Didntitellya was weak today roughly 3.3 to 4.3 on the exchanges, think N M has a good chance of capitalizing on WPM not running his on Thurs with the Giggy horse. Not sure how much the non working of WPM,s is going to effect the running of his in the short term,maybe something to note.

Of course i do DJ,but by that the "difference of opinion" is null and void as one side isn,t partaking.
Fair and valid point but the original poster suggests that today's runners add further credence to his theory where as you correctly accept that it's due to the ground and not any agreement.As you say the current entries have to be taken with the knowledge that WPM's bumper runners will be limited.

How many times have I stated its not an exact science,in this instance Dj876 is right but still his reply is somewhat disingenuous.This should not be a points scoring exercise its a discussion and an attempt to show patterns I welcome any input.

So Willie has no horses that go on this ground , PULL THE OTHER ONE , Wildmanfromborneo has shown ye a pattern a blind man could see , yet he is derided by some .. The man trains over a 100 horses , loads of them are bumper horses , yet according to some on here None of them go on this ground ..Cant you just see Willie at the sales , think i'll only buy horses that go on certain ground ...Turning to Martin King , he says , and what horses would you advise me to buy this year Martin , good ground horses only ....Well i never
