Really looks to concern 3 horses,Chute Halls Listowels run drew considerable debate on here,not sure myself the interference made too much difference just seemed to me to take an awful long time to really get going.Still a well thought of animal but not sure how strong that race was and well todays better ground suit.
Shake the Tree debut was eyecatching in the sense she was left at the startand made up a tremendous amount of ground to be not beaten far,on that run disappoointed next time out and has an absence to overcome.
One i like ew at 6,s is Leavethelighton,really unlucky not to have won that maiden hurdle at Listowel,think the 4th that day has decent enough form and the 5th has franked the run as well over the weekend.
Hard enough card overall,gl anyone having a bet

My bet of the day is Ryans horse in 2M7F Beginners chase. Backed him at 3/1 and see there is money for him. The young fella gave him an awful ride up north last time. Would have nearly won but for directing him into a wall of horses at the third last and nearly coming down and made ground again when he ran him into the back of another horse at the second last and again nearly came down. If he can keep it simple he will win. Fav is a dodge and one to avoid.

As said not a great card today,can see tis marmiteish alright,think thats an interesting race all the same.
It,ll crank up a gear shortly think Our Conor is due to run Sunday. Maybe a look at Moonlight Cloud,s win again on Sunday shows some of the beauty of it. Know you,re well into the dogs(hope they are going alright for ya) and they are taking precedence,nothing wrong with that. |

yeah they're going well ta, was never that big a fan of the flat anyway so hopefully when the NH season kicks into gear it'll grasp my imagination agaim

Thomas Cooper could hardly have picked a harder bumper for Chute Hall and he is running him on the wrong racecourse.
Chute Hall was ridden by a jockey just back from a serious injury last time and he hated the tight Listowel track,this fellow should be running in Naas or Navan. Shake The Tree was lame last time but her run at Wexford was something else she is my idea of the winner. Leavethelighton has been running well but has run into a hard race and may not like the better ground as he looks like he wants cut. |

Noel Meade has no runner in the bumper which may be significant but don't see RicksonG or others playing as they need every angle covered.
I would be interested in Paulie Walnuts comments on the nefarious activities engaged in the betting on Shake The Tree bumper in Wexford,'twas one of his crew got all the money. |

He took Festive Felon out yesterday, WPM had 4 entries( same as on Sunday and what an impressive winner he was)

Flemensdelight ew in the bumper is a bit of value should improve on first run at Listowel and Roselier as damsire should like the 2.5 trip.
The ramblin kid is another that could run well at a price, good connections and half brother to Riverside Theatre |

Not had much of a look at todays cards but Chris Wall was fairly sweet on Posh Boy in the 420 Brighton in his stable tour last week.

Probably was them hurdles alright, the normal ones seem to have a lot more give whereas they seem to have none. Small stable and very likely a big hope for T M.

They are running him on the wrong tracks,this lad is an old fashioned galloper and needs a stiff finish.
I know there may not be a suitable race for him but I would be looking at Naas or Navan for him. |
