I,m stuck ratty, fancy one a bit at Clonmel but the liquidity here on the race is terrible. Know you must be a big hitter as you say you are always "filling the satchel", Race is the 4.15 tis a wide open looking handicap, let us know if you want to put up a few few bob.
No pm,s and tia.

Prefer to get something on first BWS,tis an ew i,m after giving the price. Will name it beforehand and give my reasoning anyway. Wouldn,t mind your opinion on it at all btw.

Namarama.  Goes well fresh would prefer better ground but has won in softish ground.  Nice run over 2M in Tramore first run of season and imo is the best horse in the race and still well handicapped.  Dark horse in it is Allez Vic.  There is a turn in this horse soon

With 12m overnight and with more heavy rain forecast the ground could become pretty testing.

Did Ratty lay you any Pa , or is he still just the big mouth we all know him to be....

Not left out of the box yet WR, shure you know he will only be on aftertiming anyway.
Namourama seems short BWS,must be a few bob around for that.

Yeah a pure feckin beaut.WR.
Horse i was looking at BWS was Baidin Fhelimi, thought she could have well dropped out turning in at Listowel, but she stayed on well enough again,3m ought to be no bother to her after that and maybe suit her better. Not ridden as promiently that day as she was for wins, not sure the hold up tactics really suit her. Ground for her wins was better than today, bit cautious with what Silver is saying but it wasn,t great at Listowel either, have to watch the first couple.
Haven,t backed her yet as was hoping for around 14,s,not sure is that likely with paper fav n/r,also with the bare 16 possibility of another out and 3 places. Not sure she is a bet between price and ground to be honest.

Sorry Pa i don't bet on horses anymore sorry i should say rarely bet on horses anymore although very tempted because it's you, but best of luck with it but i think you missed the boat with the price btw bets price 8's, guessing you're a punter who bets a horse when they see the price changing. Well GL with it and i hope someone lays you.
By:

Not much good Rocket really, you are saying basically the horse has no chance with your 2.23 post and yet you are afraid to lay him, you are no punter.
By:
Rocketfingers
When: 03 Oct 13 14:42
Where did i say it has no chance? You just made that up Pa ! Feel free to point out where is said that my friend.
By:

When: 03 Oct 13 14:46
2.23 "don,t like it", must be a reason you don,t like it or else why make the statement unless of course once again a pre emptive strike when a likely double figure horse goes down and you will be the first on here with i told you so.
Why don,t you like the horse and why aren,t you prepared to lay it if so.
By:
Rocketfingers
When: 03 Oct 13 14:54
Please answer my question i asked you, please point out exactly where i was supposed to have said it has no chance Pa? Or please admit that you lied and made it up !

2.23 "don,t like it" what do you think that means? So are you saying she has a chance?  What don,t you like about her so?or why aren,t you prepared to lay it if that is easier for you.

By:

So you are just making sweeping statements with no reasoning whatsoever Rocket( except of course to come on later with a small bit of justification you aren,t aftertiming with the i told you so)
Reasons you don,t like the horse please.

Go easy on him, Rock.  He spent his lifetime working a pneumatic drill.

It's no surprise that he now thinks that saying you don't like a horse equals saying it no chance.

I'm a bit like Michael Corleone.

I'm trying to go straight and avoid this place.  Just when I thought I was out, someone says something that pulls me back in Plain

Rocket ask ratty for a reason you don,t like the horse,he has all the moves and would be well able to give ya them in abundance.
No point in asking Moe,he knows well nothing really.

Interesting bumper there today.

This could be all about jockeys,Fiona Mullins who I think might be a daughter of George Mullins replaces Patrick on the favourite Goldboy not a plus on that ground,he certainly improved for the better ground at Cork.

The second favourite Intheolddays is ridden by the owners son and judging by his ride in Down Royal will not be much assistance to him that was also on good to firm ground.

My idea of the winner is the decently priced An Sionnach ( probably named after Pa Lapsy ) poor run last time at Listowel but his Galway run on heavy ground is top class, fourth behind Don't Tell No One with Giantofaman second,he ran well enough in Sligo, third in that race was our old friend Shesafoxylady that's good enough for me.

Wildman is right about the bumper.  Top horse will go very close.  Will love the ground.  Danger is Tom Mullins horse.

Did offer ya the bet beforehand Rocket but you were afraid to take it and you also didn,t know why you didn,t like the horse. You can throw a booom in for yourself if you want, no harm, the other fella could come in and put up a few smiley faces and shure God love us we,ll leave the other fella alone as he seems to need help tying his shoelaces.
