Fortunately not all people in this country are of that mindset and have some sense of right and wrong.

Depends on who you think owned it,say a criminal personally would be slow myself to give it back. 200,000 is a fair bit of bobs to be leaving lying around and i wonder where it came from?

Obvious thing to do is snaffle the money and torch the place if you have a logical criminal mind .
