Beat unbackable favs Wexford who had already beat Kilkenny albeit with a flukey goal.
Antrim 2-15 Wexford 1-16 with Wexford scoring 1-1 in the last few minutes to put a little bit of gloss on proceedings.

Clare 0-4 Galway 0-3 in an extremely scrappy game. |

Clare cut loose 2nd half but hardly tested by a Galway team who managed only 0-7 for the entire game.
Clare of course will be hot favs but if Antrim can carry that form into the final they're not without a chance. |

Are you serious Silvergreaser. They will win by 25 plus points if they want to. They are probably the best under 21 team of the last ten years and for Antrims sake I hope they dont get a record beating.
Clare would have beaten Wexford by 15 plus also. Enough about the final. Today is Antrims day so well done them. |

I'm not suggesting they will win but I think they can at least do themselves justice, Clare first half performance was awful, so if they produce their first half display in the final Antrim will at least have a chance of an upset, but if Clare produce their 2nd half performance then there can be only one winner.
Wexford were 1/80 to win today and got beat?. |

They could have been 1/800 and it still does not make your point valid.
You do not understand how bad were today. Wexford would not have beaten any of Kilkenny,Dublin,Cork,Tipp,Limerick or Waterford in this years championship in a neutral venue and Clare are far better than all of them. Antrim should be at least 20/1 for the final and this is not a slight on Antrim but a reflection on how far ahead Clare are of every other team in this grade when the need arises. |

You're probably dead right, but you have to admit the first half between Clare and Galway was awful stuff just 7 points between them in 30 odd minutes?.
