Tony, how would you make up your mind on a race like that without looking at the late market? I fancied yours as well, but given the night that the fancied horses had had, I thought she'd be odds on with people playing up their cash. I'm one that would rather follow the money from respected/gambling connections that confirms that the horse is either good or trying for its life!!

the market is the "big factor" I follow it ..but I put up the selection the night before which is not always easy..i took the form of its race on debut and with the winner coming out and franking the form took the view that with coming on for its debut that the horse was worth a bet?..but both horses at the head of the market were poor..thats racing..as to the market neill, I backed a horse yesterday @bath belonging to m.bell..only a 4 runner race but it was smashed ..I got 11/4..it was backed into 7/4..last!..sometimes the market can lie..but form is my main thing and we all interpret the form differently?i hope this explains your question mate? |

The horse has failed to justify support now on both its runs. It could not even land a gamble for its owner on the day the Sporting Limerick logo was carried to Munster Final glory. It is either showing more at home than it is on the racecourse or (more likely) the trainer has not a clue as to its level of ability.
Maybe after another disappointing run it will be given away free as a present to Denis Hogan and he will run up a sequence with it. |
