It made no difference whatsoever to the result and he lost little ground but such is the small mindedness of the man he could not even bring admit live on television that he was in the process of going the wrong course at Goodwood in the Nassau Stakes when the big yellow dolls corrected him.
I guess when you are so used to having everything you say in Ireland taken as gospel with no one questioning your integrity you think that you can get away with it everywhere.

Fair play to the team on C4 for calling him out on it.

If he said he took the wrong course he could get a ban, he was just covering his as$ ................he might get one yet.

He didn't take the wrong course as the dolls stopped him, he attempted to, in the process making an honest mistake but showing his stupidity. It would be described as a blonde moment if one was a girl but such is his way he would rather describe the horse as ungenuine than aplogise and smile off a lucky escape
