Watching the vid before the last half furlong at Gowran you would be inclined to say she isn't up to much at all,however right at the death she picked up in eye catching fashion and surely the 3F longer trip will be a lot more suitable. The winner that night Always Annie benefited from a good ride. Previously Always Annie was a length and a half behind one of tonights dangers Drifting Mist though Always Annie wasn,t great away that night. Thought Drifting Mist like Magical Steps took an age to get going but she also finished her race well.Without doubt a danger. Teocht probably is the form horse,all in front of her at Navan have run well since,Her run behind The Vatican was boosted(2nd that night runs in the opener might give a clue) The concern i,d have with her would be the trip,8,10 and now 12f,don,t think she finished her last 2 races that well and as the possible leader think she is very vulnerable in the later stages. 7/2 looks a fair price for Magical Steps to me. GL anyone having a punt.

Race 1) Al Destoor 1.66 A good start.
Race 2) Late Rosebud 2.94 Drawn out in the car park.
Race 3) Great Soprano 4.9 Beaten favs normally are bet overbroke.
Race 4) Great Explorer 2.16 The headgear is on.
Race 5) Waver 2.68 Mandatory penalty horses have a good win ratio so it could be a bad lay.
Race 6) Something Graceful 2.7 10lb apprentice on one with the pieces on not a successful formula.
Race 7) Drifting Mist 4.1 Can't see any negatives so hoping Pa and Tony have it sussed correctly.

Yeah first two favs went off very short,easy to say now but don,t think they ever justified their prices.
LAYED WELDS THERE FOR SMALL MONEY ,wayne not on his best on Inkerman , thought he would beat the fav but got boxed in ...

Well done tony , cant believe they ran weaver after it won last night , the heat alone would have knocked it for six....
they ran one true love 7 times in just over a month and 4 times in 13 days workrider if anything the horse has improved with each run?.
