So which one bounces back to form tonight KK or Tipp? I can see one side runnin away with it but hard to back either with confidence, kk were poor in both games v Galway. Tipp showed wat they could do in 15/20 mins v limk but completely ran out of steam at the end
Only bet thus far is Cork to beat Kerry in the football - time for them to start livin up to the expectations and i expect em to have a big year this time round |

Game to watch for me as well ( TV3 unfortunately) unless there is some liquidity on here in running which is extremely doubtful.
I think the best prices available are KK @ 10/11 with PP and Tipp (minimum of 2.3 on here-U'D probably get a bit better tho) |

The loss of Michael Fennelly is a huge loss to Kilkenny he scored 2-3 from center forward in the League final against Tipp and to think there was only 3 points in it that day and how poor Kilkenny were in the 2 games against Dublin who werent exactly brilliant themselves against a poor Wexford outfit, while I'm not entirely convinced by this Tipp team but I'm sure Limerick are a better outfit than Dublin, Tipp probably won't get a better chance of turning over Kilkenny in their own backyard?.

Will this be covered live on radio 1 lads, I couldn't have a bet on this, too close to call. We know this however, when it has been put up to Kilkenny the last few years, they come out firing, Tipp have often fallen apart.

Cheers DJ, most interesting Hurling championship in ages, plenty of promising teams coming through, might have the legs on the football for the next few years.

Its on tv3 in case some of you don't know.
Word is Shefflin is on the bench,Murphy and Ruth will start .Rice and Fogarty dropped.Mick Fennelly not ready. Kilkenny will not be beaten by this shower today guaranteed. |

Think KK are a cracking bet at 10-11. When the going gets tough......This will be frantic.
By:
Gonna b late changes to both teams apparently
By:
Big Wally is rumoured to be starting full forward, 14/1 with Billys & 3.65 ifd you can get on. Not a market I'd be overly fond of but at that price it's worth a score.
By:
Cheers Dan, had a score on.

GAAScoreUpdates @LiveGAAScore 1m
Roscommon and Tyrone are level at half time. The Rossies are playing 15men behind the ball and frustrating the Tyrone forwards. I-02 to 0-05 |

I see Paul Murphy is starting mind games from Cody?
By:
YES...himself and Jackie will be lettin fly for sure.
By:
Shefflin back!

Bench

I would'nt be lumping into KK at 10/7 on here,a slow start is possible too..Hope to get on in running for a score or two, on either side really.

Paul Curran out injured for Tipp - big loss that
By:
KK at 5/6
A red card to b shown 5/4 gl |
By:
Jaysus thats a shockin wide from there
By:
KK there for the taking but Tipps half forward line has been shocking, have nt won a ball all the first half!
By:
both sets of backs well on top.
By:
Yes KK worked to hard, have to think Tipp will have ther 10 minutes. Need to get half forwards going..
By:
so hard
By:
I think Tipp need it in fast and wide, on the chest or lower.
By:
Anymore 1.12 pls....jubbly
By:
Aye the 1.12 backer was in v early! 10 mins left and a goal in it only
By:
How many brainless frees do Tipp plan on giving away?
Shocking lack of effort from their forwards too. |
By:
Interestin to see free and wide count after the game!
By:
Some sterling performances for cats...Maloney was good.
Long live the King...l o l |
By:
Cant beat match fitness and desire..
By:
Poor match, Tipp were awful in the second half, no heart and gave away countless silly frees. Kilkenny a shadow of their former selves still.
By:
Limerick, Cork, Galway, Dublin Cork and Clare will not fear Kilkenny if they meet them.
Limerick will win the All Ireland this year, hungriest team i have seen and decent depth now. |
By:
Apart from the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half Kilkenny dominated it was their own profligacy that kept Tipp in it.
How Larkin got man of the match ahead of Brian Hogan I simply don't know, Hogan was immense? |
By:
bit of a joke that Down who beat Derry in Celtic Park a few weeks back in the Ulster, get drawn to play them again in the qualifiers at the same venue. Down should have had home advantage
By:
Shocking, absolutely shocking kicking from Cork and Kerry.
