Two e/w prospects I like are ARCTIC 40/1 whom I believe still retains plenty of ability and loves the Curragh. he is much better with a bit of give but I think he should handle ground conditions today. You will get a good run for your money and he should be around 33/1-40/1. I would price him up as a 14/1 shot.
The other one I like is MEDICEAN MAN who was taken off his feet at Ascot over 5F. Up in trip today will suit and should be thereabouts. I am going to enjoy todays racing at the Curragh, Good Luck. |

Did Joost about 1/2 an hour ago myself Deplasterer at the same price.
Really was hoping for soft ground for this meeting as fancied Cape of Approval and Voleuse de Cours strongly, not to be however. Still a nice card and chanced my arm with an ew yankee(I know, rarely do one). Hanky Panky 4.15 Thought on a line through Boston Rocker she isn,t badly in,contesting better and finished quite well over a furlong less last time. Morawij 5.50 Know he only a 3yo but handles the ground, Maarek shouldn,t,hoping he is improving enough. Sugar Boy 6.30 Went with the Wildman here, slight ground worries, but seems to have a game attitude, lines of form gives him a good chance and looks overpriced. Domination 7.10 Friendless the last couple of times where he was ridden out the back, seems to fairly strong in the betting this morning.Hacked up at Newmarket last backend over the ground, hope he ridden more promiently today. Always another time Dep.to wait till a fancy comes along, looks open racing today to me anyway. GL |

Going to have a good e.w bet on Libertarian at 4s. Slightly shorter than the win price on here, but the evens a place is a steal. Given his rate of progress, the much more galloping track, and the high probability of a more even gallop, I would nearly have him favourite. Certainly 2.2 ROW, and 5.4 Lib is wrong.

Cheers lads. Went ew singles and we double on:
Medicean man 13/2 bog Sugar boy 9/1 bog |

Deplasterer should you be licking your wounds later tonight have a cut off Droopys Jet to land the doggy Derby for Ireland. Fast break, lead bye-bye ladz.......its off time is 9.08pm. False prices though in the racing post, again, with no 2/1 available anywhere only on here. But what's wrong with that, I'd like to know.

Callitasucit , I think burkes horse has a massive chance of turning the tables , It makes my blood boil to think who might really be training this fellow though...

cap o rushes is no 100/1 shot can see it trading a lot lower in running

Very difficult card to get a handle on, but I'm relying on the pious one to make me a few quid.
Backed 3 of his EW, Count of Limonade, Hanky Panky and Justification also had a small EW Little White Cloud in the Derby. Surely Justifications last run was just too bad to be true?, his run in the Chester Cup would give him a great chance in this race. |

Workrider, why does it make your blood boil who is training the horse. Everyone knows who trains it,its in the public domain.

Joseph looked all over the shop there on Hanky Panky, looked like he tried to change his whip and got all tangled up, by the time he sorted himself out the race was already over, shoud've at least placed?

Had a change of luck at golf today Jay, so will have a cut at droopys, though should have taken 7/2 a fortnight ago but not a doggy man, so would have been a blind back. GL.

Seamie Heffernan rode well in the derby.
|
|
By:
JIMEEN, SEAMIE got himself caught in about a furlong out[ dont think he would have beaten the winner] but i was happy with the e/w play [1/4 the odds with boyles]

Franksaloran,if you happened to read Mick Kinnane's interview with Tony O Hehir in yesterdays post, then you would see exactly the folly of Heffernan's move.
