The pressure worked again,the emotional arguments have won again,the money for all these special needs teachers has been found but have no doubt someone else is going to pay.
Amid all the discussions with teacher after teacher emoting about the cruelty of it all it was never mentioned that the biggest part of the education budget goes on their pay and like Bono and Bob Geldof when they demand money for a worthy cause they always mean someone else's money never their own.
The number of children with special needs has soared,its now almost a status simple but its also a path to extra funding and special treatment.
I know you are not allowed say it but the reason for the increase is they are mainly bogus.
