I'll give you that.

Judges demanding ministers to appear before them,constant granting of huge awards to bogus claimants,not allowing the state to defend itself.

The awarding of expenses to non compliant tribunal witnesses is just the judges fleecing the state on behalf of the legal profession.

There are a few top Barristers that would disagree with you there roadrunner. Wildman, you would make a bloody good barrister, in fact, I'm not certain you aren't one.
