Just broke £200K lifetime profit, been a long slog over 12 years. Currently making roughly 2K a month after premium charge. In another 50K will be hit with the premium charge at higher rate.

Well done mordin. 200k over 12 years is 16250 a year. With the medical card and rent allowance included thats roughly what the government would have given you for doing nothing over here. Why do you bother your hole.

I suppose the question we are all wanting to ask Mordin is, "Was the juice worth the squeeze?"

The following list are can often give decent returns; Bed Racing-racing in your sleep. Beer can Regatta- recycling empties
Beer Sculling-get it down fast
Horseshoes- having a toss
Rope Climbing- escape sport
Pig Racing and diving- so pigs can really fly.

The above are known sports for system betting and guaranteed profit returns.......

Mordin , agree with you re the "golden period " , lasted for about 5 years if you were clued in , but the "systems" have caught up and its harder to make money these days compared with 2001 to 2008 approx .  My turnover now is less than 10% of what it was in those days , reflecting the difficulty compared with then .

I make more money on cricket and golf now than on horse racing , which used to be about 90% of my turnover . Now its only about 10% of my turnover , and even that is  mainly on the "big meetings " where you can get decent money on .

Mordin, fair play to you. You are able to buck the trend which is very commendable. Now that gambling is so much tougher and alot less loose money around,it really is an outstanding performance to be able to win more now than when there was easier pickings. And to win more than when there was no premium charge is truly staggering, and to hold a full time job as well. You truly deserve all the plaudits, well done again.
