No Kelly - I'd have some if they did
Lads always seem to go shortest on everything so hardly use them if taking a price. No bets on the race but looking forward to it. Gl with any bets |

I'm in Edinburgh and I can assure you all that Ladbrokes went 7/4 in their shops between 9am and 9.15am approximately.

It was obviously regional then , Alias , and apart from anything else , our Lads dont open to 10.00 for whatever reason . However I was in one of their shops before it opened , all the screens were operating , no sign of 7/4 .
Not surprising though , last Saturday I was in about 6 of their shops all over the city and every one had different criteria for bets , had to explain some of them to their staff . One of the shops I was in today at 11.30 am used to be the busiest shop in Ireland , north and south , queues out to the street on Grand National and Derby days in the not too recent past . There were 6 punters in it today , no one betting , I was the nearest thing to a punter in it and I did not part with any money . Why would I , PP were betting 6/4 Dawn Approach , best odds gtd , Lads were not gtd ( unless there is a PP office withing hailing distance ) . Dawn Approach was beaten after 20 yards as it happened after the stalls opened . Seldom have seen such a poor effort from a decent ( unbeaten ) horse . |
