Desperately difficult course to punt at, Kilbeggan isn't great but is better and I'd rather back a shortie there. Willie Mullins looks to have three there tomorrow and the two mares should probably win but the one in the mares hurdle is coming off a hell of a layoff. We might get a better price on Great Jones, won his Bumper on heavy at Tramore than ran okish behind a good one of Meades if I remember correctly.
By Johannesburg so the better ground wouldn't be a bother to him? I remember him causing a bit of controversy on this forum after he one his bumper with regard to what he would go on and do, not trying to **** stir, but would be interesting to hear what the participants in that debate think now. Given the way he looked in that Bumper, he might have a bit of class for a Summer horse which I assume is the way Willie is going to campaign him.

neill d, i was the one who made the statement that to say the horse would be good enough to run at the festival after its fto impressive win was just the owners trying to hype the horse to get people interested in getting involved ,to be fair to one of the owners he did say i was right and we parted on good terms..i hope the horse wins today as there is no doubt it is a summer horse as are most of the horses under that ownership ..im told they have loads to run as they have been waiting for better ground..the race today looks weak and should be great jones to lose..the horse has some talent or it would not of won its bumper...as for 7/4..well thats up to others..good luck if you play neill

Thanks Tony, I think that price is fair enough with his main rivals rated 104 & 111, I thought he'd he at least a 120 horse when he won his bumper and Willie's are normally professional jumping wise.

neill i know they expect it to win..schooled well im told (but they all say that)..as i said it is a weak contest the trainer is a master at find the right races and i think they,ll be a few sad faces if it carnt win and go on to be a bit better this summer..
