Disappointing card overall for the first meet of the year. There are serious improvements completed at Sligo Racecourse since last october , new tote building and bar , new roof and bar in main stand and new entrance and a few other improvements. There will be a great crowd and the weather promised is ok , really looking forward to it and hope to pick a few winners. THINK SEAN AIRGEAD COULD RUN A BIG RACE IN THE 5.15
my NAP for this meeting is that rocketfingers posts that he backed multiple winners at the meeting and had a great feed and picked up numerous blondes all from the comfort of his ballymun abode........ohh and i nearly forgot tells us about an up and coming jockey who has indeed been riding for 4/5 years.......

Hoping to go but if i'm having a bet on the football might watch it at home. Should be a decent crowd there tomorrow with the opening of the new stand. Btw SR i see McNiff had a double in Kilbeggan, fair play to him.

i did a trixie with Honey Bac, Guiding George and Totally Dominant.. Non runners have hurt the prices a bit unfortunately.. Should be some decent ground up there.
