drifted badly act your shoe size, one for later on in the season. picked right race, didn't "leave no stone unturned"
winner was 10/1 and won easily, was there to be discovered in the formbook, seem to be following a familiar pattern.
bank minus 1, will be more precise for the next selection. goodluck

open water 5.05 Windsor has been placed in class 2. the price has gone, was 8/1 yesterday, further proof
that you have to be 24 hours ahead of everyone else to get the best prices. lightly raced, was beaten
at Newmarket by main sequence 3 1/2 lengths over 9f, that horse now rated 115. danger is the fav, who
will improve for the trip, no value in the price, and longshot in the race is come on blue chip.gl all

looked at the race again, price drop on gatewood was big negative for me. saw class 2 form for forest edge,
knew horse was capable, off low weight, had recent winning form, most importantly had a low draw, the selection
run well, there was need for anyone to lose money on captain dunne, was matched at 1.33, shame I layed it at 3.00.

gave the selection for the race, on all known form in the book, looked the best option. forest edge had one scrap of form.
still complain. why didn't lay off and guarantee a profit. that race was run in a fast time, notebooked the winner.

Hard to figure APoB's Ruler of the World for todays Chester race, a narrow enough maiden winner, but could well be a big improver. Probably deprnds on the opposition really and if they are not up to much he could win, but not one to be confident about at odds on. Trainer has a good record in the race, and for someone who never really had Chester in May on his radar,(till the coming of K Fallon to Ballydoyle), he does send quite a few now to the roodeye. Looked a strong staying type in his maiden win, so no problems with trip. He could well go off odds against...........
3.15pm Chester; I note Roger Varian's stable comments on recent RP, re his runner Reqaat. RV felt he could have ben a guineas horse, but has refused to settle in his last 2runs, and this unique course could see him in a much better light and he can turn the tables on Andrew Balding's runner as he now recieves 7lbs for a few lengths in their last race.

Chester again today, and with 2 big runners from Ballydoyle the question is do we back or lay ? or perhaps lay one back the other.........Magician runs in what looks an open type of race, but would not rule him out as APoB is so good at improving his horses, and also so good at finding them winnable races. As for Memphis Tennesse well might find Mount Athos too strong in what really looks a match. MT a lay at evens for me.....

APoB has a runner in the trial at Lingfield today, and has RL Moore up again. Once again if you are backing it, you are putting your thrust in AP but its surely a winnable race again. Greatwood ran up to Windchoek in a SALES race and is a short priced favourite. I heard Mike Dillon say on channel 4 yesterday or maybe it was Thursday that he was looking forward to seeing Greatwood run, and was frothing at the mouth offering Derby prices about this horse, and a few others. With quite a few trials for the Derby completed at this stage, you should note that no English horse has yet won a trial. Expect this to continue today with Ballydoyle winning again.............also interested in seeing Ektiham in the Listed race at Ascot over a mile and 4f. and then tomorrow we have Battle of Marengo 4/7 with Powers, and should continue AP's bright early start to the season...........

goodluck, ballydoyle are providing you with a lot of winners and some shrewd lays.

4.05 haydock pastoral player 3/1 price has gone, was 9/2 early prices. c/d winner
and was in a fast (0.64) run group 2 race last year finishing second beaten 1/2
length, the favs have poor record in the race, has optimum ground today. gl all
bank minus 3
