Anyone else on here unable to use their site around the off of the last at Cheltenham today?
Did a match bet (or so I thought) but was taking ages for it to be confirmed and then only got a message to say they could not confirm if the bet was taken so check my a/c to see if it was-of course the bet won but I didnt know until after the race was over and the site came back on line that the bet wasnt taken.

i was getting this message a couple of days ago so must be an ongoing problem.

I would call them McKenna, their customer services dept are a helpful bunch. I have had problems getting through on the phones a few times recently.

Thanks lads, was on to them on their "chat line" earlier. Said there was no record of the bet on their system, probably due to the site going down as it was being processed.
Gave them the details of the bet and asked them to refer it to a supervisor so am waiting for their reply. Will update ye when I have news on it. |

Got a 50 quid free bet off em so fair play to them.
What would you boys suggest I put it on? Have backed the 2 fallers who looked like they would win, already today so my luck might be out for now. |
