Won it in 2008 when it was their Centerary Year (The boys kindly doubled the prize money that year, to 100,000 Euro - 64k less ex's 
).
Still worth 40k with 26k to the winner so a Top Class race - sponsored by Top Class people !
Enjoyable day - usually a big day for their clients/big farmers, etc with great hospitality.
Best horse doesn't always win it, unless they're strong money-on shots, so Zaidpour at 8/11 is stealing money as they say (should be 1/2 and might end up so). We beat Jazz Messenger, as did Solwhit the following year.
Hope he goes on and wins the Champion Hurdle !

I do wonder about the mentality of some people who bet on here overnight. If these lads had taken a pull She Knows Best would have been easily put in a 7 - 8/1 poke in a competitive if not classy race. Looking at the graph she has taken most of the buttons that have been matched including small bets matched as low as 3.3. Talk about marking peoples card!

Yes he was beaten in Thurles of all places at 2/11 just before Christmas - O'G layed him big time that day !

David (Casey) was happy with him at all stages and he just stood off the second last before he went on again. Paul (Townend) said Zaidpour was a bit lifeless.
