get info as regards the handicappers re-assessment after races,
in respect of wins and losses?
British handicapper updates each week, what happens with the Irish handicapper?

Go to www.hri-racing.ie then scroll along left hand side for Turf Club handicap ratings. The weekly flat and jump ratings link gives you a rating for each horses with the change in rating shown.

I remember a few years ago the Irish handicapper and British handicapper,
had differing opinions about the hurdlers and the discrepancy was 13 lbs,
Jessica Harrington trained a horse to win the BETFAIR I think and then
the County Hurdle, the discrepancy between the 'Chasers was only 2 lbs,
has anyone noticed a marked discrepancy recently?

There is still a discrepancy but until an Irish horse actually gets a mark you won't know what it is.Seems to me that the British handicapper is handicapping the Irish horses himself and paying very little regard to its Irish mark.Normally a bigger difference over hurdles than fences.
