limerick 12.35 umpact i put this up on debut it won well and could be anything..ballynacree is a nice sort but i carnt see it beating my pick fto leopardstown 12.20 notable graduate e/w a touch disappointing on the flat this year but could be the right type for a hurdle campaign..ned buntline back at 2m will be tough to beat 12.50 expanding universe nap ran in a decent bumper and won on debut @fairyhouse..d weld has said he expects his horse to improve a lot for that 3.30 rough justice ran well below expectations on debut but did pull ...im willing to chance he,ll settle better here |

Grand Crus 8/1 and Dodging Bullets 9/1 in the two big races at Kempton
two each way singles and an each way double |
By:
That Tom Segal **** has copied you Moneypenny.

i think dodging bullets has little chance in this grade , i'm sure it'll make up into a nice horse given time , but as a 4 yo i think it has it all to do today , nicholls seems to have got into the habit recently of pitching them in against all ages , i suppose he's been vindicated having won a major h/cap chase with one ....grand crus was very impressive last season at kempton , if this wind op is a success who knows but i'm not taking that chance ...my two against yours moneypenny are countrywide flame , a really impressive winner of the fighting fifth , and long run with no kauto to beat this year ...iv'e layed ned buntine in the first at leopardstown ...i will also be doing a few at down royal witch i shall post later ...happy punting to all....

I must admit I don't fancy Dodging Bullets either but you surely cannot knock him for being a 4 year old and then tip Countrywide Flame.Hard race to assess with the ground going to be bottomless.

No pictures on the exchanges or Atr for Down Royal, pity as a decent enough card there.

no tolmi of course not , i'm just saying paul seems to be first all his 4 yo bullets at the minute pardon the pun , i backed this fellow a few times last year myself including the truimph were i thought he was a little unlucky , i really think its to big a step up in class for him...cue a romp ... nicholls must think he has a chance as he has a few others he could have sent into battle ...i think the ground at newcastle was pretty bad the day countrywide won so i'm expecting it to run a really big race ....
By:
I think is the most solid in the race.Bit short for me but big ground doubts about his main opponents.Best of luck with him.
By:
thanks tolmi ....going to do the double as well him and long run....

Happy x mas and new year all .
Clerk of Leopardstown Lorcan Wyer was on ATR there he s almost calling the ground Yielding to Soft !!!! hard to imagine when you consider the ground everywhere else !!!Although the rain that s passing this morning hasn t hit Foxrock yet . Still though the best chance of form standing up is Leopardstown today .... Limerick will be barely raceable . I really fancy Ned Buntline in the first . I just think he was jumping out the left at Fairyhouse the last day and will much prefer going left handed at Leopardstown . Each way thieves might be tempted by Operating at 6/1 in the second . Might just win and would be very confident it will finish in the first 3 . Carlingford Lough is a massive 20lbs lower on his new fence mark compared to his hurdles one . I remember him absolutley sluicing in off a similar mark at bellewstown over hurdles during the summer . Just missed out on getting into the Galway hurdle where he would have gone close . Not Sure how " busy 2 he s been in his 3 runs over fences but he seems to jump fine . He might have been lined up for today . Market will guide i suppose . I have a soft spot for Oscars Wells i ve been tipping him up sine his novice hurdle days . Could be a cracking race with Willies . I can t desert Oscars !!! good luck to all -- Discipline required with 1000 races today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

With you on Ned Buntline Mick,he will set the tone for me for the day.
GL all. |
By:
i'm against you lads , i've layed ned ... thought his head carriage was a little iffy the last day ..it wont decide how i play the day though ...it's bucketing down now , only around 6 mls from track ..very very heavy ...
By:
i'll be laying Countrywide Flame and Long Run,Don't think either will win,But we shall see,GL all.

ATR no.1 for Irish Racing but we will show some utter sh|te from Sedgefield instead of decent racing from Limerick
