Question, has your local Ladcrooks stopped doing better price and 3 times the odds Lucky 15's?, they started in one shop in Newbridge and have since followed suit in their other 2 shops, is there a trend here and this has since went nationwide or is Newbridge been victimised?, or is this the precursor for the other bookmakers to follow suit?.

pp hav 100 limit bog on morning prices and 500 on live show prices,as for lads the staff dont even know, some shops have stopped and others have a 500 limit.the bog in the shops will soon come to an end everywhere.my other half backed a horse at 8s in boyles, returned 16s,got paid the sp so happy enough.

manager in my local sadbrokes tells me 20 of their shops nationwide have withdrawn b.o.g..all in towns/areas where no competition of course. have to think this carry on may not be totally legal to be fair in this day and age , consumer rights and all that sort of thing.good for the goose good for the gander.

It is a concession after all, they don't offer bog like the other big chains in the UK simply because none of them did,if they can get away without it they will.only option is to vote with your feet and don't give them your custom. An acketts did away with it in Cork a while back,a few months later it was reinstated for the reason they had no customers.
