one i like e/w in the big one is raithlin ...i had  look at him last time out at naas ..i couldn't believe how big he was ...and he'd already had a run ...so i'm taking a chance he's coming to the boil and at 9.4 ..which i took £56 of ...i think he just might run a big race....i never bet the night before , but at that price i admit i was tempted ...i also think our girl sally might be worth a e/w nibble ...

12.55 Looks a match between bumper performers The Paparazzi Kid and Lord of Lords. TPK's form seems to have a more solid look to it. Second behind Rory O Moore (who recorded a 145 RPR when winning over hurdles at Naas) with Two Scoops back in third (subsequently recorded a 131 RPR when second to Whatever Jacksays). If able to translate that form to hurdles should have the edge over Lord of Lords an impressive winner of a bumper by 23L from Arlberg Express (who in three subsequent runs was beaten 61L, 41L and 50L).

1.25 In The Haven and Arkmore Vallee against the field might be the bet in an uninspiring h'cap hurdle. Chu Chu Thomas will no doubt be popular after winning over c & d last time (would have been second but for the fall of Speed Dial at the last)but this 9yo obviously has has his problems with only 5 races under his belt. At likely prices he might be one to take on.
In The Haven has only won once in his lifetime but didn't run too bad when last seen over hurdles when 3rd beaten 2L by Andalucia Lady over 2m at Roscommon with the likes of Mia's Vic behind. It's also a small plus that he ran reasonably well on his only visit to Clonmel.
Arkmore Vallee has shown bits and pieces of form over hurdles and fences and as only a 6yo might have better days ahead of him. I thought he ran well enough when catching the eye against Tofino Bay at Navan.

1.55 Harolds Cross caught the eye last time out when fifth behind Bundle of Fun over fences. Back over hurdles here with little or no weight he must come into the reckoning here.
Roadtoabbeyfeale and A Decent Excuse have been running well, RTA on a three-timer here would appear to have the beating of A Decent Excuse at the weights but A Decent Excuse was impressive in winning his maiden hurdle at Naas 5 days ago, leading most of the way. He too has little weight with the only worry being that this race comes too soon.

2.25 Sizing Europe should win here but at likely odds it's a race to watch.
Tranquil Sea is 2 from 2 at Clonmel and should run his race while Rathlin is one to watch if not tomorrow then later in the season.

2.55 Tarla was very impressive when winning at Punchestown last time over hurdles and has the scope to make a top class chaser, she also receives all the allowances here and is obviously the one to beat. If taking shorts odds on chasing newcomers is your game i wouldn't put you off her.
Knockfierna and Our Victoria have the best chasing form on offer and look the most likely dangers. Of the two Our Victoria each way would be my bet. The further she goes the better she's going to be but giving Tarla 10lb might be just beyond her if Tarla takes to chasing.

Nap: Harold's Cross

3.25 Days Ahead and Kakagh are my two against the field here. Kakagh ran well on his seasonal debut when 5th to Highdownhill at Punchestown over a week ago (Rubert over 4L behind). A win and a third from 3 runs at Clonmel can also be viewed as a positive, while the booking of Bryan Cooper is most definitely not a negative!
Days Ahead wears cheekpieces and may not look the heartiest of battlers at times but is running well and was a little unlucky not to get up and beat Kyle's Turn last time over 2m 6f. This drop in trip with an uphill finish will suit and he can go close.
Fourth Class was impressive when last seen at Killarney but this is his first run for 121 days and an extended 2m 2f with a stiff finish might find him treading water close home.

3.55 No real opinion.
