anyone give welds horse a chance tonight.got quite a good draw.prob would prefer a bit more cut.mount athos looks da one to beat.i was dere when bauer was second for cumani.he nearly deserves one.its a great occasion.

My Quest For Peace is my main fancy and think he is a big price, in the Caulfield Cup they went off too fast and everything in the top 10 bar Quest For Peace came from off the pace, he ran a blinder to finish so close after being up with that early pace.

think red cadeaux can reverse the form with dunaden from last year at the weights but could run into one.....possibly the home trained maluckyday who was 2nd to americain in 2010...

pf hope your aware of the draw MQFP got, I prefer Cumani's, Mount Athos, but one should probably just cover stake with the one you fancy the least. Could be Luca's time, as he has gone close a few times. The xtra kilo could do Dunaden.............. |

i've gone for red cadeaux but the draw is a worry.

totally agree with you brain dead jockey. mount athos is thrown in. rated 1.lb inferior to dunaden he gets a whopping 11.lbs, rated 5.lbs superior to galileos choice he only has to give 1.lb,similar stories with all the euro horses which on the whole seem to be ahead of the aussies but still a very difficult handicap. good luck with all bets.
