rovers arrived into sligo last night and showed the minnows why they were THE CHAMPIONS....simply outplaying the wannabes , exciting flowing football ,to complete the night the greatest scorer in the past two decades contributed with a brace ....simply magic .................ROVERS , ROVERS , ROVERS ,CHAMPIONS ,CHAMPIONS , CHAMPION....

no wr , sligo rovers are the champions and the players have been partying accordingly for the last 2 weeks. Congrats on your best achievement of the season(unless you consider winning the leinster senior cup of more worth).
I wouldnt want to be involved with the knackers that support shamrock rovers - fighting, throwing bottles through pub windows. one such bottle landing inches away from my 11 year old son, holding up the game with fireworks onto the pitch. And as a sidenote your beloved club showed no class towards the protocol of a guard of honour to league champions - no respect. By the way congrats for winning the match. Well deserved. And twigg got clapped off by our fans at the end . Thats how real football fans behave. |

sorry to hear that sligored , those fookers should be banned from our club...hope the lads alright , i'm sure he got a fright ...we heard there was a lot of messing on one of the buses going down ....as rocket implied by his post , we had to watch from afar....well done again....
