Callers to Talk to Joe were up in arms today, over the way Merkel has conned the fools that pretend they know what they are doing when in fact they are completely clueless. Enda and co., couldn't run a hen house.Couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery.
And he together with the Creatin girl taught it was a very positive summit .
What clowns........... we need to step up with protests and a big march up to The German Embassy, maybe then this shower mite get some idea how the Irish feel.
They are going to put Sinn Fein in Government, by their lack of any decisive action.....................

So our choice in the next election is the idiots now in power, or the idiots we ousted out of revenge rather than any love for the guys we elected, a default goverment if there ever was one.

What the hell is wrong with this country?, a peaceful revolution is ripe, but we have nobody strong enough to turn that revolution into reality, we could wipe the face of the earth of every damn one of the corrupt bastards once and for all, a party for the people not a party of back scratching political dynasties that has ruined this country, sate the masses but feather our own nests, so much so we can live off the interest, how can you spend that much money?, surely their bank accounts are overflowing after years of huge wages and perks and expenses, how could you even spend any money when their lunches are paid for, their travel paid for, and nearly every other damn thing paid for, while the working man has to pay for all these himself on his skimpy wages?, makes no sense at all!.

Darling how would you fancy a month in the Seychelles? and the masses will make do with Salou once every four years while spending the next four years paying off the credit union to enable maybe another holiday in Salou to at least try and give their children a good time, and the masses will live in debt and die in debt because they've become so apathetic to their plight that they don't effing care anymore.

I think kavvie has that spot on.
What actually astonishes me is the fact that both Sean Whelan,and Tony Connolly, (RTE reporters) tried to put it across as though Merkel might only have been referring to the Spanish situation. By doing this both reporters were defending Enda+and Noonan, when in fact these reporters paid by us the taxpayer, (through our TV licence fee),should only report facts.They dont need to second guess Merkel or anyone else for that matter.
This for me confirms what many have said on here, and that is, RTE is pro-Government regardless of facts.

The senseless vulgarity of so many Irish from ,say , 2000 to 2007 was repulsive to behold.
Examples too numerous to mention -people going to the US to buy wedding dresses , weddings that lasted three days and  held in castles (!) -secondary students driving to school ,the road full of disgusting tank-like 4x4s and jeeps which were intended for rural outback conditions -not city streets or suburbs. Silly money spent on First Communions outfits and Christmas toys etc.
Ireland became a swamp of crass materialism and the greed that it engenders...no surprise it all went over the cliff.

we all know what went on vub.but that was then.this is now.german banks took a gamble on the irish economy and their gamble came unstuck.they told merkel about their plight and our leaders were warned to be compliant and obey.they are doing just that to the detriment of our little country.our young people are in oz usa canada and other places.growth has collapsed and were fooked for a long long time to come.if we stood up to her and said no we would have some chance but sadly thats not going to happen.

Ireland can't 'stand up to ' anyone while it's supported  financial crutches supplied by others.
We need allies not enemies .
People need to show some patience and stoicism and pull away from this torrent of hysterical nonsense talk I hear peddled on the media every day.

Wedding that lasted 3 days? Who would want to go to one of these? Do you mean a wedding that went to a pub the next day? I knew a girl in England who's a dancer, she was telling me she was at a plush gay wedding in London recently that went on for 3 days and all 3 days seemed to be in this fantastic hotel but never heard of that before.
