two blokes got 4 year sentences today.
bloke a robs 116K from tesco in expenses fraud, gets 2.5 years suspended. no previous history, does a lot of charitable work.
bloke b sexually assaults a random teenager while off his head on drugs, gets all 4 years suspended. previous history including 4 assaults. Judge declares he poses little risk of reoffending.

Remember the curious case of the out of date search warrent, Judge gets off and keeps his pension. Child porn case. I,d love to know the percentage of cases thrown out over out of date warrents. My guess nil {apart from that one} |

I did jury service a couple of weeks ago -real eye opener to see the level of scumbaggery that we have in this country.I laughed when I heard a few of our bleeding heart liberals nearly in tears about how badly young offenders are treated in St Patricks.
