Does anyone know what the policy is here with regard to having a winner and a non runner in the fixed odds multiples? Was away, had some bets placed, including cross doubles, Grace and Olosen with Piercey and Stanley. Stanley subsequently pulled out. Obviously in the high st, dis would translate to a single. Could do wit knowing for sure for trading purposes in Europe. Bit sick coz also backed Moore and Blixt, but hav neither in the doubles.

Account has not been credited for the single on Grace, nor been reimbursed for the 2 doubles involving Stanley if bets were to be deemed void. Which would be wrong going on any rules i hav ever encountered. Stanley withdrew early Thurs morn, well before event started. I am right in saying that non runners are always no bet in this instance on here?? Anyone back Stanley in a single and have their stake refunded? Would anyone have an e mail adddress of what department in betfair i should inquire into this about? Thanks.
