Can reommend Plumpton if nobody has been yet - very easy to get to from Gatwick Airport too.

Went there last year, one of the first days hunt ball won, of course someone told me to bet it but i went against it. Only an hour from London worth going to.

Folkestone is closing down so worth a visit.
I am sure Workrider has been to Newmarket many times as its not far from Stanstead but just go a little further and visit the quaint little racecourse in Fakenham,it is absolutely beautiful and used to be lucky for me many years ago. |

Fakenham is a lovely track - went there for a p2p in April and it tipped it down with rain, lovely little track though.
HC meeting at Folkestone is a brilliant night - shame there's not going to be another there, nice track Folkestone and another with a station right next to it (Westenhanger). |

heading to donny , newcastle , market rasen ,southwell, in april , trying to do the lot of the courses in uk ...will pop over later on and do a few more....fontwell and good wood are only a couple of miles apart and i highly recommend both....

yes a smashing town the little i remember of it ..think st johnstone play there...went by train from york ..i nearly got seasick looking out the train window....
