No thread for this yet.

I am told there will be 50,000 Galway supporters in the ground and getting tickets is no issue. Couch potato myself but fancy Galway a good thing today to be honest. Just can't accept there is any more to come from Kilkenny.

If Galway stop the Kilkenny goals they could give them a good pasting

Lustrum I can only think the Tipp jealousy can't help itself from outing?, personally I think Galway have a good chance of upsetting Kilkenny but at the same time I allow my head to rule my heart, what you want and what get are not always compatible, is that slautering Kilkenny gave the so called home of hurling in the All Ireland Semi Final still festering?.

First of all greaser I am from Cork but I suppose the same comment can apply.

Bobby is right and not only from the messing Galway are doing with the back-passing but the celebrating they were doing after the goals. As I type this now they are down 6 points, before any goal was scored they were only down 2.
After the first point they spent so long celebrating most of them didn't even know Kilkenny had scored an equaliser and after the second goal I think most of them must have thought the All Ireland was won and it was time for "The West Awake"

I am often critical of the stupidity of the Cork Footballers and some teams in general but Galway hurlers take it to a whole new level.

Stupidity of the highest order.

The crazy thing is they were just settling into the game. Now they have virtually no chance

It has been ALL Kilkenny, yet only 4 ahead, sloppy by them imo. Fancy Galway to come out fighting a lot harder in 2nd half, same desire hasn't been there as last 2 games v Kilkenny

Sad but true G Hall. To be honest I would like to have seen what would have happened if Galway had kept their shape after scoring the first 2 goals and indeed what would have happened if Cannings shot had gone in and not hit the post in the second half.

My suspicion is that Kilkenny would have quickened up again.

Yet again (how many more years are we going to be saying it) it looked like men against boys in an All Ireland
