Tonight, serious movement in Asia in the match between St Pats Athletic v Drogheda Utd. Looks like gamblers and betting syndicates are on either side just letting go at each other, compelling stuff to watch. Rumor is the syndicates can't get the number right on the Drogs all season, gamblers have been betting them each week, syndicates going the other way most weeks, syndicates usually win out but probably so many gamblers now seem to b holding their own.

Syndicates are gamblers also Rocket.  BTW I backed Drogs +0.75, then tipped it to my syndicate

It's pretty much just been a constant drift on Drogs, I wouldn't call it fascinating.  There was a massive drift on Ireland vs Oman the other night across 1x2 and AH markets, it happens all the time

I was talking about individuals as opposed, i know some shrewd boys the other side of that Toto, big betting model using syndicates are the other.

Drogheda have been ridiculously under-rated this season.  Last Monday they (2nd) at home to Derry (5th) yet Derry slight favs for match.  Drogs won and Toto collected

Syndicates who bet on nothing but statistics are doomed to failure.  They need stats and info. Otherwise the tiny edge their statistical models give them is wiped out by team news and many other factors.

Toto the big boys have a man at each club, they know the time of day or at least they think they do.

Haha ok Toto Grin But seriously though Toto you don't have an edge on someone like Bloom, these boys have a number of lads working for them solely covering the league here, it's impossible to beat them in the long run taking them on, they may rate a number of teams wrong for a period but that soon get sorted out, Drogs is an extreme example of this and it's taking these companies a little longer to get it corrected. Btw tipsters are small fry, they ain't proper syndicates.

Excuse my ignorance but who is Bloom?

Tony Bloom owns the biggest football betting syndicate there is, they operate out of London  they bet into the LOI. Owns Brighton & Hove Albion as well. Another lad called Benham as well not as big but well capable. These 2 are probably the biggest there is unless there is something massive in Asia that i may unaware of but there are much smaller versions of these around much much smaller. Bloom worked in Asia and he has a lot to do with the spread of Asian handicap markets to the UK.

Serious money on Pats tonight near KO, they went off tonight, they went off just under 1/2, 1.47 to be exact which was obviously mental.

1.47 Surprised  I wouldnt be surprised to see Pats backed in close to EVS tomorrow for the replay

No worries Toto, tbh they sounded very unlucky mate but still a crazy price. You see the stats 21 shots v 3 in Pats favour
