Help with naming this band

For a guy who almost bought any half decent record independent labled bands from the 80's, I haven't got a clue?, but fascinating all the same!.

Guess this is another illustration of how meticulous RTE were in maintaining its archives. No idea myself, but a mate of mine who knew the irish 80s rock scene reckons its a band called the Commotions, though he isn't 100% sure. Wouldnt bother telling rte though, they dont deserve to know!
