.... and shelbourne greyhound derby final night 7.00 odd start!!!!! how many braindead idiots did it take to come up with this disgraceful scenario?
you just cannot believe the staggering ineptitude. how many people, myself included, will only attend one of these events now? if they started leopardstown at 1.40 and ended at 5.20 there is enough time to get to shelbourne in time for the 1st....... absolutely unbelievable.
of course the bookies can now stay open until 9.30 for 150% dogs, sand and virtual crap..... says it all.
