point is people wont feel they are getting a good deal backing early morning and wait for the show price(which isnt restricted i think)..it could be argued that ep marks their cards anyway.though im sure they have people on exchanges to neutralise any losses they might incur..

So let me get this straight, i go into a Powers shop for the big race on a Saturday morning, i write out my docket for 100 ew on a 10/1 horse and they'll tell me sorry we can only accept 50? This can't be surely?

Paddy Power have shareholders and like to make money,morning prices are not profitable and doubly unprofitable with the best odds guaranteed.
The reason it is hard to get on morning prices because they make mistakes,they may price up to eighty horses and get a couple wrong and they are drilled on them,today the obvious mistake was Along Came Casey what price was he in the morning. Rocketfingers is there any aspect of betting you understand,you haven't grasped spread betting,you thought BOG was bags,you think hundreds of thousands are wagered on League Of Ireland matches in Asia,try and overcome your infamous low attention span and follow some of the dreaded in your eyes longer threads about betting. |
