Completely unprofessional the whole saga . Unfortunately the people who will suffer will be the ordinary greyhound men and the supporters , because any extra spend will have to be raised at their expense .

Those Limerick Racecourse Company negotiators should be snapped up by the state, they wiped the floor with the HRI as well, managed to get them to pay for a new racecourse in Patrickswell while they pocketed the proceeds of the sale of Greenpark.

The game is in bad shape for the last 2/3 years........shortage of dogs......deserted tracks.
At least the track in limerick is up and running, that money would just have gone into another black hole. |

Gant on a Saturday night in Shelboure what would you get down on a dog? I know it depends on the race etc.
By:
If you are not known to the bookie he will take shag all from you........2/3k and bigger depending on the race. Saturday night is nearly always an all a1/open card so not many sleepers will be in there.
3 weeks ago I know a chap that got on 14000/1000 and 7500/500 with 2 bookies. Dog won but it was a derby heat. |

Rocketfingers.....Premier Fantasy and Workrider would be the right men to answer your question.
