If only, Ramon

Pissheads dont need marketing at to get pissed.

What we have here is an attempt to legitmize one brand within a global company's portfolio as part of a nation's heritage and of great cultural importance. It is crass and offensive.

It is not part of Irish indigenous identity, it has been sticky taped on to the country to shift units. There is nothing manly, healthy or meritorious about drinking Guinness.

There will be no shortage of idiots who will leprechaunize themselves in celebration of raising the shareprice of the parent company however.

I implore that pissheads take a stand and let Arthur's Day be the one day of the year you don't go out on the piss. Stay in and drink aftershave if you must.

Ah sure I'm just a dryschite, it's all great craic isn't it?
