what a ride from young bowes ...horse tried to run out with a circuit to run jockey lost his irons ...but my god was there such a need to really hammer that horse for a full circuit ....not pretty to say the least ...

Agree-it was the kind of display that gives racing a really ugly image .
The horse was given a severe drubbing just to get a closer third . I hope the stewards will take proper action there . We can't have whip-happy eejits larruping horses for a full circuit of a track. |
