How hard/easy is it to get tickets for this. Going to be in Dublin that weekend.

Start ringing people now to let them know that you need a ticker and you should have no problems
People connected with GAA clubs preferably Always easier to get tickets for hurling than football |

In recent years there has been no problems getting tickets before the final around many of the big pubs such as the Big Tree, Quinns and in and around Gills Corner but maybe this year there may be less floating around with Galway contesting the final for the first time in a good few years with high hopes of winning. I would assume though that you should be able to pick up tickets at face value relatively easy.

I had to give one away last year I couldn't sell it in Quinns. Shouldn't have any problem getting them.

I went to Hurling final for the first time last year,lots of people had them to sell in Kilkenny on the Saturday night and i saw them being sold on the street near Fagans on the Sunday.

If you want to get in badly enough, you will.
Reasonably priced, too. WRT Tipp/KK this weekend, Tipp look the bet at the price. KK look very short, far too much so imo - their price imo based primarily on ante-post liabilities in the Outright winner's market. Plus - Tipp are outsiders in a derby match at a neutral venue. Well worth a poke. |
