I wouldn't bet against a child of a young Polish or Nigerian family currently aged 10 and who in 12 years time will represent Ireland at some sports or other, good luck to them. Also, the old adage, kids from poorer backgrounds using sport as a vehicle to improve their lot. Look at the GB athletics team.

Multiculturalism failed in Britain and it will fail here and as usual it will be the ordinary people who will feel the brunt of the failure.
The denizens of Dun Laoghaire who naturally lead the charge in this regard will use the immigrants as servants and cheap labour but they won't be forced to live with them,won't be terrorised by their gangs,won't find their children a minority in their schools,it is easy for them to be so self righteous . |
