sorry forgot the important info
dublin -7. think they should beat laois v well. |
By:
6/5 over 1.5 goals is the bet for me,or dublin to score over 1.5 @ 13/8.
My double is over 1.5 goals in dublin game and over 28.5 points in the kerry/donegal game.GL all! |
By:
where is the 6/5 the stunning ? only 8/13 with pp
By:
Got 6/5 with pp this morning toby!! Thought it was very decent value, which it clearly was!
By:
without a doubt !
By:
over 28.5 in kerry donegal will be tricky as donegal are so defensive
By:
28.5 is a very low total when kerry are involved, even if its donegal.Might be more open than people think is my view.

Seven points is a huge handicap.
It was 3 1/2 against Meath in the Leinster final and Dublin failed to cover that. And Laois can't be far behind Meath. It's a plus for Dublin that conditions are perfect. As a Laois backer, I was hoping for some wind and rain to even things up a little. Dubs should win easily enough. But stuff happens, and I'm happy enough to field against them at the price. |

Meaney very lucky not to see a 2nd yellow there

By:
Poor game,O Gara has no composure in front of goal
By:
dublin lack natural skill just a bunch of rugby players
By:
o gara is a waste. why does he needs to foul every time he fails to win the ball
By:
It shows you how reliant Dublin are on the Brogan Bros for guile, penetration and scoring ability, rest of the team are manufactured rugby league style athletes.

Dublin have struggled over Wexford, Meath and now Laois, they can thank their lucky stars the draw has been kind to them, if the met any of the teams from the other side of the draw it would've been goodnight Irene.
They can't always be underperforming?, these media darlings must be the most overrated team in the history of the GAA?. |
By:
They will meet either Cork or Donegal in the final and will be well beaten.
By:
For whatever reason some people just can't stand the sight of Dublin winning. Can someone explain why?
By:
I don`t mind them winning, admired Stephen Cluxton last year just don`t think they are good enough this year.
By:
They wern't good enough last year either, should have been beaten by Kildare, Wexford, Donegal and Kerry.

While I would love to see the Dubs win it again this season on last nights performance its difficult to see it happening. Laois are a long may from what they will meet and they made hard work of it. They gave away a lot of needless frees in scoreable positions and some of the shooting for points was poor. Bernard Brogan and Dermot Connolly had stinkers and as a result the forward line line didnt function. Thought the midfield performed well but overalll improvement required for Mayo.

I have read a lot of media reports this morning, and none have given Laois any credit for what was a very well organised performance. If we had a keeper that knew where the ball was going to land when he kicked it out we may have shaded the game. Dublin kicked some bad wides but where put under a lot of pressure by Laois defence. Only once in the entire game did Dublin get in on goal when brogan fired over the bar in first ten minutes. The goal which was the differance on the score line was a freak.
Laois need more going forward but you have to give them some credit |
