Certain views are not allowed,you are never allowed question anything about immigration,you are not allowed praise anything English,you can't criticise Mary Robinson but normally Ireland is way ahead of Britain,this is probably about to change.
In Britain you get interned if you say anything against blacks,if you use the word black on a sporting field a trial will ensue and whilst some well paid individuals in Ireland have got themselves a nice little earner running campaigns to educate the working class into accepting the new order we are not as extreme as Britain yet.
A judge that I dislike made a throwaway witty remark about the Polish,truthful as well,this has been pounced on by the well paid thought police they are now demanding her resignation.She has since apologised,an apology accepted by the Polish community but this is not good enough for the racism industry,they want her in Russian show trial like fashion to come before them and explain herself.
It is fairly obvious that this is an attempt to kowtow people of certain views,I hope these highly paid individuals don't succeed.

A judge should have more cop on.......They hide behind their quasi-judicial powers and then when it goes ti*s up the state foots the legal bill.

Have to admit when I heard it on the car radio I smiled, I haven't been in front of too many judges but some do like to crack an odd joke to lighten the proceedings, surprisingly?.

I like the Poles,they are hard working and have had a similar sad history.It is relevant that they were not insulted but some highly paid quango member is insulted on their behalf,these moral guardians have to justify their high salaries so they are looking for trouble,they don`t see the irony that tis they are the racists,they think themselves superior to the Poles so they must be insulted on their behalf.The same people consider the Nigerians to be so barbaric that they must be granted asylum here to escape this perceived barbarism because they know better.

I am all for free speech but clearly, as above, limits have to be defined. It is very hard to define this line and frequently society errs on the side of caution and becomes overly PC. That Lithuanian gentleman is an idiot,whether he deserves to be jailed or heavily fined for such idiocy is another issue.
I always find it ironic watching fat bellied gentleman covered in tattoos and festooned with Union Jacks giving Nazi salutes outside football grounds,should they be jailed maybe on the grounds of taste but i prefer to laugh at them.

No doubt these thugs present a laughable personna, however I don't think merely laughing at them is an adequate deterrent.
My gripe is not against the Poles,its not against Africans its against what i call the racist industry,they comprise a host of quangos command ludicrous wages and expenses and to justify their existence get insulted on behalf of people who are not insulted.
Many times i have been asked how i put up with the disgraceful anti Irish bias in England,when i reply there was none i get looks of incredulity,some non Irish got insulted on our behalf generally some well meaning well educated Englishman who has been thought to hate his own culture.

Please, please, please don't equate being Irish in the UK with being black and the racism they experience all over the world.

The PC hordes have been allowed gain strength over the last few decades and form a baying mob foaming at the mouth with supremacist moral indignation.

1-Being a judge is a tough job (and sometimes a boring one too.) You have to deal with a stream of the dregs of humanity -and that's only the solicitors and barristers. You then are confronted by an additional posse of thieves ,conmen, rapists, psychos , perjurors and assorted. Any judge can be forgiven for making a sardonic remark in a spirit of levity.
2- Given what generations of Poles have suffered at the hands of Gemans and Russians -I doubt that one sentence uttered by a woman in an Irish courtroom would register .001 on their Richter scale of ethnic sensitivity.

One other amazing aspect of this affair is the case that was before Judge Devins,some unfortunate was hauled before the courts for calling someone " fat Polish effer " surely this is not a matter for the courts,this is madness.
