no it was pp..it seems some of the deposits came out but the rest didnt.. when i went through my transactions for the week in june about half my deposits didnt come out..its a really strange situation..irish guy it was for a decent three figure amount..its the lack of notice that annoys me especially taking it all in one go

Chargeback option may be open to you as you didn't authorise these transactions, but not sure what your bank will say to this, as technically you owe them the money. But worth a try anyway & also a call to PP customer service but that will probably be a waste of a phone call.

p.p lodged a 3 figure sum one day, 100, in the free bets .... i taught happy days , when i went to use it, it had disappeared same day, i rang them and they said it was a mistake. so i got nothing. diffrent case from yours of course. i just think they do as they like.

Had the same problem with btpack late last year. Chunks of money would leave my bank account, return, and leave again without notice a fortnight later - that sort of thing.
It was a pain in the youknowwhat and a little bit alarming, but I just let it go. From experience, I know you can't win an argument with a bookie or a bank. I've hardly used btpack since. Deplaster's comment about chargebacks is interesting, but I use a debit card, so I'm not sure chargebacks apply. Let us know how you get on, erris. |
